April 2018: The on-the-fly checking for fasta format correctness and GPCRs similiarity is provided while typing input sequence. NGL viewer for templates added.
March 2018: Three ways of scoring Rosetta models (new RosettaMP and BCL::Score). High similarity new modes: cut termini, leave termini and Rosetta refining of termini. NGL user interface available. Update of GPCRM templates database - 7 new templates added. Now it is 93 templates available!
December 2017: Updated website technicals. NGL models viewer added. Quick path and High similarity are now official modes. Update of GPCRM templates database - 44 new templates added. Now it is 86 templates available!
October 2016: Java Jmol models viewer replaced with HTML5 JSmol javascript models viewer. Nowadays, it's much more comfortable to run for users with common browser settings.
September 2016: Quick path - Experimental mode now available to public. If you want to run testing task you could select it from Additional Options. The results will be available much sooner but with lower modeling settings and should not be applied in final research results!
November 2015: Update of GPCRM templates database - 8 new templates are available!

September 2013: Update of GPCRM templates database - smoothened and serotonin receptors included (active/inactive datasets). First non-rhodopsin-like GPCR (SMO) from Frizzled/Taste2 family included!
Minor improvements and bug fixing in alignment and Rosetta modules. Hard cases without typical GPCR-like sequence motifs are now managed.
